  "Wilderness is a necessity... There must be places for human beings to satisfy their souls.  Food and drink is not all. There is the spiritual." Being in the nature is therapy for human beings. The healing benefits nature has are indeed infinite. Being outdoors can improve your mood and reduce stress. Nature can reduce negative mental states along with emotions of restlessness, anxiety, and fear. It can evoke pleasant feelings such as happiness and a peace of mind with the release of dopamine. When you are surrounded by nature, the number of stimuli, such as television and mobile devices, will be reduced. Therefore your attention grabs the sights and scents that surround you. You're able to be mindful because your focus is on the present moment. Nature encourages you to move slowly and listen to the natural rhythm of your body. Your body and mind will reap the benefits of relaxation and rejuvenation in this fast-paced world which will allow you to have a deeper look ...

A Simple Reminder

Take a break to sync in with life. Revisit the good old memories.  Revive your childhood and the things which you used to love doing as a kid. Be grateful of the fact that you have lived such wonderful times. Be thankful about having friends and family who would make you smile, laugh with you and were there for you during those gloomy days to bring the smile on your face back. Do those things which you did to make yourself feel you alive but didn't have time for during the past years. Explore the things which would make you smile and fill your heart with joy. Go roam in the wilderness. Dance to the tunes which you used to love. Make your own colorful mess of art. Gaze at the sparkling stars of the night sky. Be that soft soul who continued to grow with resilience.

Embracing Self Love

It is indeed disheartening to function without the feeling of positivity and happiness towards our own selves. It is essential that we have faith in ourselves even though no one does in this world where everyday is not a delightful one.  Be kind to yourself. Do not be harsh in yourself. Reflect on the obstacles you have overcome so far. Look at how far you have come. Have mercy on yourself when the times are tough. Celebrate even the small wins of yourself. Have the trust and faith in yourself that you will of course achieve all the best of things in your life if you set your mind towards it and take mindful and smart actions.  Get to know yourself.
